Hello Delights!
I LOVE breakfast! More than a whole lot of other things, stuff, and any meal. Breakfast is my thang! I can't get enough of it & it certainly cannot get enough of me. Yesterday, I had decided to eat breakfast out only twice per month instead of twice per week. Guess what happened soon after that decision! I was dining out & enjoying a wonderful plate of American-made French Toast! YUMMMMM! Help me!
Okay, not much else going on. I accomplished quite a bit yesterday & today will be the opposite. I want to diet right now, but have a birthday lunch to attend. Help me! The bonus is that the lunch is in a cool part of downtown, so I'll head there early and maybe saunter about a museum. Culture at last. I'll make it a goal.
Today:
σ Get in some culture & walking.
σ Don't go overboard on Mexican food. (Help Me!)
σ Sit ups & push ups
σ Watch a movie @ work. :-)

Good luck on the Mexican food. I would use reverse psychology on that one. Say you're going to eat as much as you want and maybe you'll trick your mind to stop at half.
