Howdy Divas! I walked twice today & did a little bit of ab and arm work. I'm determined to lose 3lbs by the end of this month. And another 5lbs in October. Then I'll be done with weight loss & working on maintenance. I've gotta improve my eating habits STAT! I'm outta control these days. Save me Ellen Degeneres! Save ME! As I work on maintaining my weight & crazy eating, I'll also work on improving my financial situation. Wish me luck!
Random Thought: In addition to shaving my legs, I also find that changing my sheets is a chore. Especially when I put the wrong corner of the sheets on the wrong corner of my mattress. Bleh. I bet he fits in my sheets:
Tomorrow:
+ Walk twice & do some ab work
+ Compile a play list of music for my sister's b-day
+ Not spend frivolously
+ Breathe & practice patience
