Blasting Blubber!

Good Morning! I've decided to add squats and lunges in to my daily routine. 10 each so as to prevent complete soreness every day. I'll aim for yoga twice per week. It's just not my favorite activity, so I don't want to push for more than that. Have I ever mentioned how much I absolutely LOVE smoked sausage? I mean really... I love this stuff. 30 days without smoked sausage could very well be the death of me. Yes, I'm trying to win award for Most Dramatic FTC Blogger EVER! I wonder if it will do too much damage if I scramble it in to my eggs instead of frying it. Save me Baby Sausage God! Moving forward...



Today's Objectives:
♣  Walk a little, ab & arm work. I've already done the squats and lunges.
♣  Mail off birthday gifts
♣  Order the cake. REALLY...this will happen TODAY!
♣  Make another attempt at scheduling a hair appointment. Can you believe this woman hasn't called me back?!?! What's with folks?
♣  Celebrate the rain! YAY!
