Today was not so productive and I ate a bunch of crap. Tasty, tasty, sweet, salty, heavy delicious crap. The gals and I celebrated September birthdays by eating poorly and getting pedicures and just gabbing away about random lady thangs. I did however, clean my bathroom, wash 2 loads of laundry, clean out the contacts in my phone & email, watch football, and get my hair twisted. So, I am retracting the statement about not being productive. I guess there was a smidge of getting stuff done meshed in between today's poor eating. I start night shift again tomorrow & hope that my sanity and fitness schedule is restored. Wish me luck.
Objectives for Tomorrow:
# Order my sister's birthday cake
# Clean out my car
# Walk, abs, arms (my body is missing out)
# Hydrate with water only
# Try NOT to spend unnecessarily. I blew through $ this weekend like I belong to the Gates'. :\
# DIET well as it will be a rough 1st night back to the graveyard shift.
