Delights... One problem with losing weight/inches or whatever is the discovery of fat pockets. I see more fat pockets of cellulite (they need to call it celluHEAVY) on my thighs. Guurrrroosse! Never noticed these craters when I was bigger. What a crock! Smaller body = visible thigh craters. Worst math equation since the Pythagorean Theorem. Yea, I am very much aware that eating a square (or 3) of cookie dough isn't helpful. And I swear I'm gonna do better. Really, I am! You gotta believe me. You don't believe me? I don't blame ya. But I did decide to try Clean Eating for 30 days beginning October 1. My family will be gone by then & I can really focus on eating a lot better. One of my closest gal pals will do this for 90 days, which I know I do not have the discipline to do, but it works for her. If I can eat cleanly & keep up the walking regimen, I may be able to fight the fat craters. Now I just have to figure out how to eat better instead of eating less of my current portions. Maybe I'll start with this site: http://www.cleaneatingmag.com/ Also, I already know that I've gotta eat durrty at least once or twice while in NY. TAPS is taking me out for incredible pizza & I just can't give that up. Don't judge me! I know there'll be no alcohol for 30 days, so work better be gentle in October. Since my 90 day clean-eating gal pal will be here next weekend, I may try mimicking her menu choices just to prepare myself. Wish me luck! Meanwhile, I've got 2 more squares of cookie dough to gobble down. :\
On the plus side, I did walk this morning & made out with a Cuban this afternoon. Yes, I'm one productive somebody! Be jealous of me! All of me. `Cept for the heavy thigh craters of course. I'm hungry & I'll try to make a healthy choice for my next meal. And possibly the meal after that. I'm on a wobble! Watch out!

Oh, and its hard adding lunges and squats, but after a few weeks, they won't hurt afterward anymore. ;)
