Island Fever!

Howdy Divas!
Yesterday was pretty decent. The walk was brisk & steady. My partner (and her dog, Rusty) is (are) getting better by the day. Didn't make any great connections in my computer class, but it was good information. I think I'm going to be a community education junkie! Take my red light & shingle down from my Facebook page & hang it up over Adult/Community Education sites all over the city.  Plus, you always get to encounter that one weird guy. Why the hell would you take a computer class of ANY sort at a computer lab & then bring your own laptop?!?! Of course he wasn't connected to the network we were all using and had a virus on his machine, thus causing him to ask nutty questions and slow down the process. And for some reason he had a straw hat hanging on his monitor. Odd fella. I'd leave him off my team on any game show that required a team. [Exhale]  Gals, I am so ready to go to Hawaii, it's not even funny. I work for the next 5 nights (it would've been 9 consecutive had I not called in sick Wednesday night) & will be seeking umbrella drinks at their completion. Here's to hoping I look decent in a swimsuit. Not that it matters, `cause... well, because it just don't matter! :)  It's vacation time! Let the packing begin! By the by, the Social Work program said they'll have a decision for me in 1-2 weeks. Busters! Hopefully, I'm still interested by then. ;-)  I just finished watching "From Prada to Nada" and it made me happy & reminded me of great friends in NM & some I've made here & how great families can be when necessary.

Today's Goals Are As Follows:
§  Walk, abs, arms
§  Hangover II
§  Research spas for my b-day weekend
§  Begin laundry & packing for Hooking in Hawaii
§  Diet well. I'm a wee bit tired.
