Good Evening Delights! Day one at the new gig was pretty great. I didn't do much after the HR piece of in-processing (which I'm now realizing was quarter-assed!), but did hang with my supervisor & sponsor for a bit. Both of whom are HILARIOUS! My supervisor happened to be eating lunch when I was led in to her office. And she gets real relaxed apparently. Her pants may have been unbuttoned & she had her shirt rolled up, which exposed her belly. "Girrrrl! Why didn't you tell me I still had my shirt up?!?! I'm just showing you my skin!" I was rollin'. Anyhoo, I think I've found a new and better work family & can exhale a sigh of relief. Much like Angela Basset in "Waiting to Exhale."
I think this might work out. Yall save this blog to throw back in my face should I make everything go wrong over here! :) I've decided to go full on with decorating my place. It's looking pretty good. Although, I definitely need to do some cleaning up. Yowzuh to this little place. It'll be cozy. Oh oh oh... WHO the hell decided NOT to put a trash dumpster in my area?!?! It's truly a trek to get over there. I'll be doing it at some point in the near future. Like in ... oh... 10 minutes. I still haven't started my daily walking, but tomorrow is the day!
