Good X-Mas Eve Delights! Since some of you will be reading this tomorrow or the day after or on Tuesday: Happy Christmas & stuff. The 7 hour drive to Mississippi was pretty smooth & peaceful. And southerners are pretty darn nice, too. I visited a former Hound (not sure if any of you besides Kim B & TAPS know Ricky Pierce) & met his family. And ate a whole HEAP & MOUND of goodness. I understood most of what his mother was saying & about 60% of what his dad was speaking. What I didn't understand was the over abundance of broke down vehicles in EVERYBODY'S front/side yard. WTHades man?!?!? Not a huge fan of personalized gold teeth either. But did I mention the folks were nice? Hhmm mmhmm... They sure are. A small town full of hand wavers and greeters. And everyone welcomed me to another visit. Someday. Tomorrow, I'll head to Charlotte, NC to hang with my big (but small in stature) brother. Sinn rolled about 900 miles in 24 hours and will do another 500 or so tomorrow. And guess what! The "Check engine" light is on again because I somehow didn't tighten the gas cap on a fuel up. SinnABurst very well may quit me soon. But I'm hoping she hangs out for another 50k miles. Wish us luck.
