Ten Bucks!

Good Morning Divas!
Yesterday on my 3-mile stroll, we crossed paths with a real live armadillo (that was just as freaked out by us as we were by it), a coral snake (gorgeous lil thang), 2 rabbits, and the usual infinite number of squirrels. If the government does indeed shut down & decides not to pay me, I'll head over to National Geographic and begin the Texas Parks edition. Because I encountered the armadillo after blogging about it, I was feeling lucky. Went out & bought me some lotto tickets. My walking partner told me that I absolutely had to go to a certain convenience store to by the lottery tickets: Shop & Joy. So there I am, in the parking lot scratchin' off like I had fleas. There were 2 hard core lotto junkies in the parking lot with me. They kept scratching, smoking, taking their cards in & exchanging them for more cards, and smoking ...repeat! Bananas! Won ten bucks. It's in my ash tray hiding out. Waiting for an opportune time to take advantage of some drive-thru goodness.  Uhm... lets see...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERRIFIC TAPS!

Today, I hope to walk 3-miles again, do some push ups, really send the shoes back, and watch "Love and Other Drugs." Oh, and fix the volume on my freakin' laptop. In all my OCD'ness of trying not to have a virus, I deleted an important driver that obviously controls the volume. FlapjackMyLife!
