Remind me NOT to have so much dairy in one day. My gut is killing me. The lone lactaid pill did nothing to prevent the natural disaster happening in my belly. For the love of Venus, bad belly be gone!
Anyhoo, yesterday proved to be quite productive. Not sure what I'll get done today as I'm pretty darn sleepy. I do want to see "Win Win" @ the theater, so I'll see if I can muster up the energy. Otherwise, I'll indulge in a short walk & do some leg work. I'll also eat a lot better today than yesterday. What the hades was I thinking by having ice cream AND pizza?!?! Sometimes I eat like a middle school aged boy who has too much money to spend at the snack bar. Makes no sense.
