Divas!
You all know breakfast is my all time favorite meal & one of my favorite activities to enjoy. I've just done way tooooo much for the past 5 days. I think I went out to breakfast 4 of those 5 days! I'm quite the porker! Someone get me under control!!! PLEASE! Not sure what happened to my twice per month breakfast pledge, but I need to get back to it. Aye yi yi, I'm a mess. Anyhoo, I've also done absolutely no fitness in the past few days. Who am I? Did I get too settled with my 12lb loss? Maybe. But I know I've gotta step it up in the fitness area & tone it all the way down with the food consumption. I still think I can be down 10 more lbs by the time June is over & adopt a healthier eating lifestyle.
Like Magic Mel, I revisited my old blogs to see what in hades I should've accomplished by now. I've got some hits, but a lot more misses. So, I've decided to just do better every day. My goal is to have a better day than the day before & get healthier (physically, financially, mentally, & spiritually) along the way. Of course, I'll still blog my daily to-do list & air my self-induced dramatic chaos. Thanks in advance for listening. :=)
By the by... It looks like I may begin my Masters in Social Work this fall!

♣ Consume a little less food
♣ Walk, do some push ups & sit ups
♣ Hopefully take my goddaughter shopping
♣ Choose my cultural activity for the week
