I forgot to post yesterday's blog to the Group's page. Oops. I had a solitary goal of dieting. And I did a fine job. My back has been feeling kinda sore lately & I need a Mr. Bentley treatment (do yall remember the neighbor from The Jefferson's)! Someone needs to walk on my back. If it leads to some sort of foreplay, then so be it! :-)
Today's Objectives:
☼ Pick up my reserved items from the library.
☼ Jog & walk the park.
☼ Prepare the rest of the week's lunch.
☼ Push ups & ab work.
☼ Learn something!
