I missed a few things on my list yesterday, but hope to get them accomplished today. Namely the bathroom & my floors. I can always bring the movie to work & see how that goes. My intentions were to watch it last night/this morning while at work, but my veterans had other plans. On to the RELEASE! As soon as I took over from the previous shift last night, a former Vet calls & threatens me. Yep! You read it right! So, after a few security, supervisor, and police reports I try to settle in to do my gig. Get a call from one of the local hospitals that one of our Vets needs to be picked up from the E.R. Off I go. Come back for about a hour. Another Vet saunters up coughing away his innards. Back to the E.R. I go. All the while, I'm stewing and brewing about the threatening phone call. Not the fact that I was threatened, just about some of what he said. Basically, the couple of co-workers I told you all about a week or so ago (ya know...the ones plotting my demise!) told this fella that I reported him to the police and all this other jazz. None of it true, but he repeatedly said people here told him that. Needless to say, I am not only pissed that they do not have the good sense to be professional and NOT discuss the policies & procedures with former residents, but they truly are trying to set me up. WTFlapjack?!?! Dramatic a little = moi!

I took some breaths. Realized that I am very good at my job and that I can only do what I can do. Ire RELEASED. Well...mostly. :-)
Objectives For Today:
♣ Yoga (I'll try not to flatulate during the process, Mel!)
♣ Bathroom & Floor cleaning
♣ Maintain the Zen feeling & meditate
♣ Enjoy the weather ♥

Sometimes people who have little joy in their lives feel the need to steal it from people who have so much. Take a deep breath and blow that negative BS back at them, metaphorically speaking that is. ;)
You are way too amazing to not have endless supplies of light and love in your life!
xoxo!
Gallant...Thanks so much! I almost feel completed energy depleted after all that madness. Instead of doing yoga, I'm just watching the dvd & taking deep breaths! :-)
