Good Morning Delights! My time in the DC area is going pretty well & I am getting in some wonderful relaxation. No fitness, which will hurt like the dickens when I get home but... whatcanyado?!?! So the big event of the day is I've terminated a 20 year friendship with someone. At the moment, I'm cool with the decision. It was certainly a case of putting a lot more in and getting absolutely nothing out of this person. She hasn't really responded to messages for the past few years, she's highly inconsiderate of others, and all & all dismissive. After reflecting on these traits during the middle of the night, I decided it's time to let go. Plus, I sorta demand quality in all other relationships, so why should I let this one be any different? I did indeed wish her well & I always will, but it's not fair to me to keep being pushed to the side. That's my "YIKES!" moment for now. Maybe the next one will be a lot more uplifting.
How are you all doing? There's gotta be some positive excitement and buzzing going on. TAPS' birthday is this weekend. Baseball has begun for Ms. Awesome. I just know that Baby Boy E is making Annette just as happy as can be. Nichole is almost down to the wire of relocating. Magic is being gorgeous and magical. Alisa should be thinking about green chile with me. April?!?!? Are you out there making cupcakes? Share, por favor. Elizabeth, I'm sure you're getting healthier by the moment. Hooray!
Somehow I got suckered in to doing an assignment for my buddy's PhD program. So off I go.
