Howdy Gals! Ft. Worth was really a good trip & for once I wasn't ready to return. Something about the beds at Hilton hotels make me wanna never return to my old mattress. Paris' & Nicky's folks were really on to something by making us comfortable away from home. I made some good connections and realized again that I am pretty fortunate to have gotten Ft. Gordon as my placement. I'll try to do a whole lot less whining about the south and its slowness. Here comes the randomness:

-  I'm almost sure that I do not enjoy Monica's voice. Particularly on "Angel of Mine." YouTube it at your own risk.
-  You'd think someone would've invented a way to avoid headaches once you get a new pair of prescription glasses.
-  Today marked the 17th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombings. I remember being a College Success Mentor at ENMU at the time and discussing the event with my freshmen. Sad business.
-  It's also National High Five Day. I high five the dickens outta each of ya for being so damn phenomenal!
-  Have you ever been convinced a spider or mini ant colony was living in your shirt? That's what I got going on right now.
-  Judas Priest! I'm nearly 4 nights behind on The Daily Show. I really need to not work as it interrupts quality time with my beau.
-  I need to shower AND put sheets on my bed. Help me Baby Buddha!

Celebrations:
*  Typing most of this blog sans prescription eyeware
*  Exercising on accident today
*  Not discovering a colony of ants nor a spider in my shirt
*  Cute new glasses

Objectives:
*  Several things but namely:
 = Deciding whether or not I want a social work degree or one in counseling
 = Reviewing my dental benefits
 = Completing my travel voucher & per diem stuff
 = Possibly colour my fro
 = Fitness
