Coolio!

Good Evening Delights! I just finished twisting my hair & I do indeed look Coolio'ish! Yall remember him right? Here's your refresher:

Is it just me, or does he look a little like my fantastic fella, Andre 3000??!?  Concentrate on the face & pretend his mouth is saying "Heeeeeey Yaaaah!" & you can see what I see. My receptionist apologized to me today for how we ended our week last Friday. The relationship is restored like a `57 Chevy. Do I really know what that means? Nope. Somehow, I still go to work and do a whole lotta nothin'. It's getting close to the level of ridiculous. Today, I counseled 2 soldiers, made travel arrangements for Orlando, watched the Daily Show & a couple of music videos, watched one of Charles Barkley's skits from this past weekend's Saturday Night Live, and walked about the office. It was too muddy to walk the track, but I'm sure I made a few good laps about the building. Oh, the nutty government wants me to DRIVE to Orlando for this conference. Uh... I don't wanna do that. Who the heck wants to drive to a conference in to the busiest scene of Orlando & return on long, nothing-to-see roads?!?!? Hint: I am not raising my hand! I think I'll buy my own plane ticket being that it cost less than what they're going to pay  me for mileage and per diem. I'll still come out on top! I like being on... wait. Sorry. Different type of blog. Anyhoo, it's a long weekend for us, of course. Friday is an optional work day & we're off on Monday. The goal is to do some MeetingUp; visit with my cousin to discuss wedding plans; and relax. Wish me luck! I'm sleepy!

= Wear my cowboy/cowgirl boots
= Schedule a massage. My body is hollering at me!
= Keep smiling. Just like Deionne, Gladys, Elton, and Stevie sang so many years ago
