Howdy Yall

Day Eighteen was great! Almost as great as when I was actually eighteen years of age. Wait...Was that a great year? I don't quite remember as I drank quite a bit back then. Anyhoo, I had some great fun walking up to the antique store. Chatted with a home buddy of mine to and from the store. Got a great chuckle out of antique-y things modern costume jewelery. Is it just me, or are many folks trying to pass of their latest designs as antiques??? Once I got home, I did 50-60 crunches. I am still feeling the madness in my gut.

Today:

* More fun.
* Another walk
* Won't eat 2 bowls of ice cream for dinner.  (Maybe that's what made D18 great!)
* Some push ups
* Proof read ONE more time & submit the paper to the SW program.
