TAPS ~ You are rockin' your half-marathon preparation. So thrilled for you. And you're right, our Olympians are freakin' awesome! I'm watching diving right now & these fellas' bodies are so damn svelte. I need that in my life. And I'm working my way to that svelte body by doing Jackie Warner (I have this dvd: http://www.jackiewarner.com/dvds/personal-training-with-jackie-power-circuit-training) workouts. She's no joke & very great! A decent body is on the way. And I think I'm doing pretty well with food choices, too. OH OH OH (I'm almost making an "OH face!") - I walked well beyond 10k steps today. Yahooooo!
Randomness:
** I do not like to share my snacks. I'd rather give you all of them or buy you some.
** The Olympic commercials are waaaaay better than Super Bowl commercials.
** I can't figure out if I'm round or rectangle shape. I surely hope it's not a rectangle.
Celebrations:
= A great 1st day back to work. After being gone for 2 weeks, I was able to rock through a lot of projects and help a few Soldiers.
= Exceeding 10k steps today & wanting to do the same tomorrow.
= The newly installed ceiling fan in my bedroom.
= Day 1 of 5 of no spending
= Soap & water
