Dabbling Here & There

Congrats to TAPS for rockin' through marathon training, WW meetings, and life in general. I'm also super jealous that you got to hang with the one and only Ms. Awesome! Ms. Awesome! Ms. Awesome! Please come over! :-)  Today, I will dabble in a little bit of everything. Movie. Packing. Sitting still. Rounding out the Olympics. Walking. Ab work. Examining my body for a staff infection (I'm such a hypochondriac, I SWEAR some flesh/bone/skin eating something is living in me!). Reading inspirational stories. Try not to overspend. Yesterday was the 1st day I spent money in 6 days and I did it up grande: A trip to Sams & Walmart, movies w/ popcorn, & took the Puerto Rican out to dinner. I'll rein it back in today & only get necessities. Speaking of necessities:

The three fellas in the dating rotation pool are maybe gonna spiral down the drain. The Country Fella (TAPS' choice due to the gold tooth) is the fun and funny and a wonderful southern gentleman. I just don't understand what he's saying a lot of the time. And he adds "ed" on words that already are spelled that way. "I likedEd the first one, so I'll see the second'un." Real statement from GT Guy. Hmm. Then Mr. Emotional is way too in to me way too soon. "Carmen, I miss seeing you."  Uh... You've seen me ONCE! How the hell can you miss me?!?!?! Puerto Rican Guy has a lot of personal stuff going on so he can be a little grouchy. I did get him to dance at the table (in his seat) last night, though. :-)  What oh what is a strong minded, witty tongued, modern gal to do in this dating pool?!?! Discuss amongst yourselves and let me know.

Celebrations:
=  Cool weather that promotes outdoor walking
=  The Campaign was pretty hilarious
=  Realizing that even a small popcorn was way too much & eating about 1/4 of the bag
=  Smoothly shaved legs
=  Sofa time

Objectives:
=  Pack for the week in (okay, near) Savannah
=  Swing by the office to finish some last minute stuff
=  Stroll & ab work
=  Eat plenty of fruit & salad today
=  Chuckle
