Hola Delights! I put my new pedometer to great use today & walked over 11k steps. Whooo hooo for me. I still ate like crap, but will rein it in tomorrow. The work place cook out will not get the best of me. No. No, ma'am. I've decided to not put any pressure on myself about jogging. If I do it... great. If not... at least I've maintained a decent walking routine & other fitness tools. I will, however, continue to watch my sugar & junk food consumption as I really want to have morning belly for the entire day. It's doable, right? Better be! Maybe that'll save me some money, too. Can I just tell yall that I spend entirely too much money. I freakin' suck at NOT spending money. Ay yi yi. Something is gonna happen for me.
Celebrations:
= Walking so many steps & miles today
= Doing 4 loads of laundry
= Getting in some ab & arm work
= Making Soldiers chuckle as I assisted them today
= Amazing folks in my life
= Getting to wear jeans mid-week
Objectives for the Week:
= Pack for the 2 upcoming trips
= Walk at least 10k steps daily
= Keep the junk food consumption to a minimum
= Stay grateful & not complain
= Spend less $

Great work! Seeing as you burn the same amount of calories whether you walk 1 mile or run it it's a win-win! The only thing that adds more calories, is distance, and resistance. :)
Thanks! I have the same mindset about the walking/running. I just like to be outside getting fit.
