Delights! Have you seen the Egyptian Secret Servicemen?!?!? Give me three please! Those fellas are yummy-licious & they need to know me. Them and my beau Jon of course. TAPS, I now have the opportunity to fly just about anywhere, you may see me SOON! And we will see JON! And Jon will see ME! Yahoooo! Maybe I'll have some of this gut gone and under control by then. Just when I see myself making strides...this dang gut gets in the way. I know I've gotta change my eating habits. But damn! I sometimes feel like I've made great adjustments already & the gut needs to just throw up the white flag and retreat. Gals, how do I get rid of this stubborn gut?!?!? Fine. I'll give up some bread. Oh how I love love love me some yeasty risen dough. I also need to curb the sweets/cookie/candy consumption. Freakin FINE! I bought a bunch of fruit so this better work out! Nobody needs or wants me to be the pissy, pushy broad. It's sooo unbecoming of me. Additionally, I'm still not doing all the cardio I want/need to. It's dangerously warm outside though. You all ready to throw a variety of cheese to complement my whining? FINE! More cardio in the house when it's not sweltering outside. Whining over! On to the good stuff.
Celebrations:
☼ Mini-road trip to Harlem, GA & visiting the Laurel & Hardy Museum
☼ Breakfast date with Country Fella. We had a lively conversation
☼ That photo of Egypt's FINE'est!
☼ Making the decision to eat even healthier. At least for a little while. :-)
☼ Short workout this morning & leg work as I catch up on my beau's show.
Objectives for ....ehh... for a while:
♣ Watch "The Wave" on Netflix. It comes highly recommended.
♣ Jog in July
♣ Complete the Waist/Belly workout 3x week
♣ Eat less of everything. :-(
♣ Spend less
♣ Not complain about the heat as my situation could be FAR WORSE
