Thinning Protective Layer

Good Morning Darlings! My abs are starting to be a little less shy and the layer that protects them is thinning. I can see and feel a wee bit of muscle forming there. Or maybe I was just having a good belly morning. I dunno, but they looked nice when I hit the floor to work on them after my walk. I'll keep yall updated on their progress and/or trickery. A friend of mine is sort of a fitness & healthy eating guru and has invited me to work out w/ her twice weekly. I'll need to rub Baby Buddha's belly quite often as we'll be working out in a gym. Not sure if I ever mentioned this to yall or not, but I absolutely detest the gym smell and feel like I'm full of all staph infections once I leave those places. One might say I have a mild (x infinity) case of germ-a-phobia! But... she needs to get back in the gym after being sidelined by an injury & I agreed to help out. I better have at least the "w" & "a" of washboard abs by December. Especially if I'm going to be staph-filled!

Celebrations:
=  Good belly morning
=  Walking nearly 6k steps by 7:45 this morning
=  Hotel shower curtain rod installed & the new shower space it gives me
=  The vast entertainment on the internet
=  iHeart radio, Pandora, and music!
=  Not having to turn on my alarm tonight in order to be up for work tomorrow

Objectives:
*  Catch up on my beau's show
*  Sorta do nada
*  Get the Country Fella some nail brushes (he's in DESPERATE need!)
*  Enjoy being lazy for the day
*  Spread cheer
