Howdy Gals! Tonight after work I met the fella who I asked out on a date. We hung out at the lake that's in the center of Augusta. (Not sure why there's a lake in the middle of the city, but glad it's near me.) We just sat and chatted and chuckled and got to know one another. A simple, nice "date." Does that count as a date? I haven't dated in so long I'm not sure if there has to be a beverage and meal involved to make it official! Anyhoo, we had a nice time. He has no gold teeth, is articulate, and a seems pretty self sufficient. Perhaps we'll see each other again over the weekend. Meanwhile, I'm learning that I need to stop trying to take on too many tasks at one time. I'm all over the place with wanting to begin Toastmaster's, another degree, financial planning, community service, and dating. My roll needs to be slowed. And quickly! :-) This weekend, I will hang around my place & try to get my thoughts and things in order. The ineffective Tasmanian Devil has gotta get away from me. Or outta me. Or whatever.
Objectives:
= Not over think all the goodness I'll eat tomorrow at Carolina Ale House
= Order a birthday gift for a dear friend of mine
= Walk
= LOVE my massage!
= Take a sabbatical at my desk
