Hoping For A Better Memory

Hi there Delights! I have a horrible memory, but a noggin full of great and healthy and random ideas. I just forget them because my short term memory blows chunks. And what's even more bonkers ... never mind, I just forgot because I'm on the phone. Sorry. Focus. I gotta focus. Now, where was I?!? Ideas. Ideally, I'll do a short jog tomorrow morning & some ab work. I'll also try to finish at least two of the freakin' 19 modules I have to do for an online training. And I'll swing by another apartment complex to see if I possibly want to move there. And because it's March & it's a month that's always chalk full of madness for me, I will begin my no alcohol consumption thing. However, I may need to adjust my plan and mirror that of TAPS:  10 days sans alcohol. Which should be relatively easy, because I can go months and months without it. For some reason, I've been wanting wine. Hmm... Maybe I'll go March 2nd - 12th. No no no. Focus! March 1-10 w/o alcohol. Wish me luck. Ideally, I'll write & send at least two folks thank you notes each month. Just because I want all my peeps to know how much I truly appreciate their presence & how they've enhanced my life. March Madness = Focus!

You should keep a little otepad and pen with you to jot down ideas as they come. :) Good luck with your 10 days!

Thanks Annette. I've always got the notepad with me & it's full of craziness. I've already forgotten my 10 day whateverimgiving up thing. I need to re-read & write it on my mirror.
